Macy’s Shop For A Cause

Macy’s “Shop For A Cause” is a unique one-day-only shopping event created to support local charities’ fundraising efforts, which has helped raised more than $46 million for charities across the country since 2006.

Macy’s has provided Loudon Food Pantry with “Shop For A Cause” shopping passes.  We sell these passes for $5.00 each. 100% of this sale is Loudon Food Pantrys’ to keep.  This helps our charity.

Then on Saturday, August 29, 2015 go and shop at Macy’s for the big “Shop For A Cause” charity shopping event.

This year, the savings passes will save you even more money!  Not just 25% but 30%.  The pass is good for shopping ALL DAY!  Not just one time!  Also, it’s just in time for school shopping!

Plus the only way to enter for a chance to win a $500 Macy’s Gift Card is to have a savings pass!

The $5.00 helps us and the savings are great for you!

So drop by the pantry (30 Chichester Rd., Loudon NH) to purchase your “Shop For A Cause” pass today!  It’s a win win!

We will also be selling these passes at the Canterbury Fair (Saturday, July 25th) and Loudon Old Home Day (Saturday, August 8th).  We will also have a table set up at the “Shop For A Cause” charity shopping event at Macy’s, Mall of NH, Manchester NH (we can not sell passes at this event, but you can purchase one at the register).

A Special Thanks

A special thanks to everyone that donated producer and meat this season.  Our patrons loved it.  Some of these donors are Brookford Farm, Drake Circle Gardens, Miles Smith Farm and many individuals that donated from their gardens.

We would also like to thank our volunteers, Huckleberry Heating Oils, Foxy Hair Care, Loudon Garage, and Shaver Disposal.  Without their help this pantry may not exist.

Thank you!
Sue, Bill and Sarah

Donations Needed and Always Welcome

During the next few months we have to keep up with a large demand for food while our patrons try to heat their homes.  In 2013, we gave out enough food for 77,885 meals.  That was an average of 6,490 meals per month.

We also need funds to keep the pantry running and to purchase food that is not donated.  Our budget to accomplish this is $116.16 per day.  This includes the maintenance fees we pay to the NH Food Bank so we have food and frozen meat, insurances, rent telephone, payroll (only Sue gets paid. All others are volunteers), fundraising, internet, projected equipment maintenance, etc.

To find out what items we need, please find Help Us! (on Left side of screen) and then click on Donate.  Thank you for your continued support.  Without your help we would not be able to feed those in need.

Thank You

Have you donated food, funds, or your time?
If you have, we just want to say… Thank You!

Thank you for giving us the resources to help your neighbors, friends, and family put food on their table.
Thanks to your help, there are a lot less households without food to eat!

At Loudon Food Pantry we are committed to providing food to
every qualified household that lets us know they are in need!

Together, we are making this happen!
