Another Website Sponsor Signs Up

Loudon Garage is one of our new Website Sponsors.  This makes number three.

A one-time fee of $30 will give you advertising space on our website from 9/1/17 to 8/31/18.

This website sponsorship will help keep our website online and let our visitors know that your business cares about the community.

This website only costs us $30 per month to stay online and is necessary to reach out to those in need, stay in touch with our supporters and receive online donations.  That $30 includes:

  • Hosting
  • Domain name registration
  • SSL Certificate and installation (this makes the website secure)
  • WP Give (fundraising platform to receive online donations)

We only need 9 sponsors and we’re only allowing one sponsor per business type, so space is limited.

Spring & Summer is Great, But…

Yes, spring and summer is great, but it is also the time of year where are our finances become drastically low and the bills still need to be paid (last year I tried to pay with canned food- they weren’t happy)!

During the holidays, generosity is in abundance.  We receive food and funds a plenty!  Thank you!

But those resources dry up quickly when in the last three months, on average, we gave out enough food to create 6,500 meals.  To continue to feed those in need we pick up food from the USDA, New Hampshire Food Bank, Capital Region Food Program and receive private food and fund donations as well.

But we need more funds to pay for supplies, operational expenses and equipment that is in need of repair or replacing so we can remain an open and working pantry.

June Figures

In June 2017 we gave out enough food for 6,426 meals to be created.   Also, in the second quarter of 2017 we added 4 new households to feed.

Results of the 50-50 Spring Raffle Fundraiser

We sold $114 in raffle tickets.  The winner is Linda & Glen W. and they will receive $57.  Congratulations!

After speaking with Glen, the winners have been generous and is donating the $57 back to the pantry.  Ticket Teddy, Sue, Bill and Sarah thank you very much!

Raffle Update

Currently we have sold $114 in raffle tickets.  The raffle ends tomorrow at about 6 PM.  We are open tomorrow from 10 AM – 2 PM for your convenience.  The more we sell, the more the winner will receive and you help out the pantry as well!

Got Children?

We have created a small playroom for the children that come to the pantry.  Now households coming in to get food can shop while knowing that their children are in a safe, happy and busy.  Happy shopping everyone!

Last Week to Get Tickets

This is the last week to get tickets for our 50-50 Spring Raffle Fundraiser.  The raffle ends on Friday of this week.

To get your tickets, stop in at 30 Chichester Rd., Unit D Loudon NH (we are located in the same parking lot as Loudon Garage and Foxy Hair Care) or click here for our handy order form.

Ticket prices are:

$1 each ticket
3 tickets for $2
7 tickets for $5

Because this is the last week for the raffle, our office will be open:

Tuesday  10 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday 10 AM – 1 PM
Thursday 10 AM  – 6 PM
Friday 10 AM – 2 PM

The ticket sales right now still stand at $75.  This means the winner would receive $37.50.  The more tickets we sell, the more the winner receives and the more the pantry is helped.

So please stop in at the pantry or mail in your order form (as long as we get it by or on Friday) to get your tickets.  Help make this fundraiser a success!
