The Story

When we moved here three and half years ago, we were wondering if we would ever find ourselves cramped.  Our shed, basement and garage are full of some never, once or little used items.

We are betting some of our neighbors may find themselves with a similar situation.  If so, there would be a mutual benefit to coordinating the date and time, advertisement, individual temporary yard signs and roadside directional signage, all of which will be provided for those that commit.  Hope to hear from you neighbor.

The Facts

• When: Saturday, May 6, 2017 suggested hours of 7am-1pm
• Rain or Shine
• Street wide yard sale to be advertised in all the local news outlets
• The more participation, the better the draw
• Food items to be sold and all proceeds will be given to benefit Loudon Food Pantry (anyone wanting to sell, please let us know).  We plan to sell breakfast and lunch items.
• No participation fee required
• Yard Sinage and advertisement will be provided for those committed to participate
• Any ideas, suggestions or comments are welcome
